Windows

It can be really annoying when your screen switches off or your computer goes to sleep when you haven't touched it for a few minutes

Here's how to control it.  (Note: You will only see the On Battery option on a Laptop or Notebook)

1. Click the Windows button (bottom left) or tap the Windows key on your keyboard

start

2. Click on Settings icon

windows settings

3. Click System

system

4. Click Power & sleep in the left panel

Power & sleep

5. Adjust the settings to your liking...

Power & sleep settings

Screen = keeps the computer on but just turns off the screen

Sleep = turns off the computer so when you start it up it attempts to 'remember' everything you had open
