A Phishing scam designed to trick you into providing your email account login and password

Phishing Emails and Scams

It arrives worded something like this:

Subject: Your mailbox has exceeded the storage limit

The content read something like this:

Your mailbox has exceeded the storage limit which is 20GB as set by your administrator, you are currently running on 20.9GB,To re-validate your mailbox Clickhere: or copy this (website address) and paste in your browser to increase your mailbox size or you loose your account within 24 hours. System Administrator Center.

The twist with this identity theft attempt is that rather than including an attachment these spammers use the “” domain as a way to trick and redirect you to the sites that are hosting the bogus forms you’re supposed to complete in order to “re-validate” your mailbox.

Action: Do Not click any links or give away your email username and password - Just ignore and delete

If you have filled in one of these forms - change your email password imediately!
