Important Announcement (updated 20 January 2021)

In the light of the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic all Easykey staff are continuing to work remotely from home.

Telephone Calls

Telephone communications will continue unaffected.

We will continue to be able to make and receive telephone calls and our telephone answering service will continue to take messages and pass them on to us as usual.

Onsite or Face to Face Contact

To minimise risk we will aim to offer support remotely wherever possible.

Currently we are not offering onsite visits to any customer premises.

However, for emergencies we can accept devices via courier to home addresses and arrange to courier return.

In emergency circumstances where an onsite visit is the only option we will need to charge a minimum of 2 hours plus travel.

Easykey staff will wear a face mask and use hand sanitiser and we would ask you to do the same and stay socially distanced.
